On January 18th, Commander Joe Opolka accompanied by Jr. Past Commander Dave Shirley presented Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Shop 51 a Letter of Recognition for collecting over 4,000 pounds of food for local food banks during the holiday period of 1999. Later that day, PSNS Code 105 was also presented an award for collecting over 7,400 pounds of food for the food banks in Kitsap and Mason counties. We at Post 68 are proud to recognize those in our area that contribute to the welfare of the community. |
